Guided by an inherent perseverance and deep-rooted passion for the work she contributes to the world, Desiree’s diligent efforts to push for greater standards of excellence at Roc Nation and across the entirety of the entertainment industry have been commended on numerous occasions. At the 2019 Billboard Women In Music Awards, in recognition of her principled leadership, Desiree was named Executive of the Year. In celebration of Desiree’s ongoing humanitarianism and years of philanthropic service, she received the Community Quarterback Award during United Way New York’s 29th Annual Gridiron Gala, which took place in 2022. 

Desiree’s involvement as an executive producer of Roc Nation’s large-scale projects has resulted in acclaimed documentary series, record-breaking musical performances, and historic award wins. Her work on highly-anticipated Super Bowl halftime shows led to Desiree becoming the first ever executive producer to win a Primetime Emmy for Outstanding Variety Special (Live) in 2022, following The Pepsi Super Bowl LVI Halftime Show Starring Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Mary J. Blige, Eminem, Kendrick Lamar, 50 Cent. Two years later, Desiree executive produced “The Book Of HOV: A Tribute to JAY-Z” exhibition at the Brooklyn Public Library, which received a Webby Award in the Websites and Mobile Sites, Cultural Institutions category.
